Won't let me review my order off tonight the food was was pure grease and called the shop as was thing missing off order and they put phone down on my partner so she went to the shop and were laughing at her I find that really disrespectful so if I order again I will only order when mara the owner is in the shop

Ordered our usual, chicken wings x12 , parmo etc. Chicken wings came and they looked like they had been cooked, cooked again and cooked again. Very over done (ive taken pics but no option to upload) burnt to a crisp. What a let down after a long day at work and a treat night. No flavour in them what so ever, was dark brown/black burn to the skins. Never had a bad experience before so its such a shame. Maybe its been taken over or new staff. Wont be coming back, placed in the bin.

Top quality wings. Chicken burger absolutely fantastic. Fresh salad and dips. You can always tell Flames cares about their customers by the quality of the food they give consistently ???????? staff very friendly and helpful aswell. I’d rate 10 stars all day
